"I'm doing this course to help with general stiffness (I feel it most in my shoulder area) and because I want to start a movement practice that is fun and opens up my whole body (I like yoga but it doesn’t help with the tension). So I’m hoping the tension will lessen as I go through the course but also to set the foundation for a regular movement practice."

After  Day 12:

"I’m finding a release of tension directly after the sessions, the next day it comes back maybe because I’m still building strength but I’m generally feeling more energised and positive about my body.

"For me, it's definitely reaching places that my other exercise routines don't quite hit – I can feel it in my body.
I'm learning loads that I'm sure I'll continue to use through the course and beyond. This includes things that I didn't know I didn't that know, so I'm hoping to make some progress and increase some flexibility and strength as we go through.
